The seller states, word for word, in the Aeroprecise 660/850nm Sauna Red Light listing:
Purpose-built for sauna routines, this slim red light lamp fits portable sauna boxes and home sauna spaces without taking up unnecessary room.
Choose 660nm red light, 850nm near infrared, or combined mode, then select from 5 brightness levels and a 5–30 minute timer for flexible control.
In 850nm-only mode, the lamp may appear unlit while operating normally; visible light comes mainly from 660nm.

Our take
The Aeroprecise 660/850nm Sauna Red Light earns its place with a 23-inch length and 660 nm and 850 nm LEDs. No buyer reviews yet, so this Aeroprecise sauna light has to win you over on paper. The catch with the Aeroprecise: whether it fits depends on your sauna, so measure before you order. We'd pick it if you want a sauna light for owners who want extra light in the cabin or tent; otherwise, put it next to the ISIDO Red & Blue Light Panel first.
Before you order the Aeroprecise 660/850nm Sauna Red Light: check how it mounts and plugs in, because it uses 660 nm and 850 nm LEDs, per the listing, and the plug and cable have to stay out of the hottest air.
Check how it is powered and where the plug goes; the cable should stay outside the hottest part of the cabin or tent.
Check the maximum temperature it is rated for against your sauna's top setting.
Our accessories guide sorts the accessories that make sessions nicer from the ones that just take up space.
