Our take
The ISIDO Red & Blue Light Panel earns its place with a 12 × 12 in footprint and 470 nm, 660 nm and 850 nm LEDs. No buyer reviews yet, so this ISIDO sauna light has to win you over on paper. The catch with the ISIDO: whether it fits depends on your sauna, so measure before you order. We'd pick it if you want a sauna light for adding a red light panel to an existing sauna; otherwise, put it next to the Almost Heaven RGB Sauna Light Bar first.
Before you order the ISIDO Red & Blue Light Panel: check how it mounts and plugs in, because it uses 470 nm, 660 nm and 850 nm LEDs, per the listing, and the plug and cable have to stay out of the hottest air.
Check how it is powered and where the plug goes; the cable should stay outside the hottest part of the cabin or tent.
Check the maximum temperature it is rated for against your sauna's top setting.
