About Home Infrared Saunas
Home Infrared Saunas is a US equipment desk for one purchase decision: which infrared cabin or fabric unit fits your room, your outlet and your budget. Rather than describe ourselves in adjectives, we publish the rules we work under. They are numbered so you can hold us to a specific one.
1. We catalog equipment, never outcomes
Every page here treats a sauna as furniture with documented specifications — a footprint, a bench, panels, a wood species, a voltage. What sitting in one does to a person is outside the scope of a product listing and outside the scope of this site. We make no claim about any effect on the body, and where a manufacturer title contains such wording, it appears only as a verbatim quotation of that seller’s own listing.
2. Selection is by documentation, not by relationship
A listing enters a comparison because it matches the comparator’s stated rule — a two-person capacity, a cabin or fabric category, the presence of low-EMF wording. It is ranked by a published formula computed from its own listing text and its public Amazon review record. Affiliate commission is not an input to any formula on this site, and no seller can pay for a position.
3. Numbers carry their source or they do not appear
Each specification we extract stores the phrase it came from and where it was read. A figure we cannot trace to the exact listing is not published as a figure. Where a listing documents nothing, the product card says so rather than filling the gap by analogy with a similar-looking model.
4. A claim is labelled a claim
Low-EMF wording is the clearest case. We record it as a manufacturer claim copied from the listing, never as an emission measurement, because we own no meter and have run no test. The same discipline applies to every marketing term: we report what the seller printed, and we say who printed it.
5. We do not give electrical installation guidance
We will tell you what voltage and amperage a listing states, because that decides whether a cabin plugs in or needs work. We will not tell you how to do that work. Anything beyond an existing standard household outlet is a job for a licensed electrician, and that sentence is the end of our advice on the subject.
6. Data is refreshed deliberately, and ages visibly
Prices, stock and review figures render only from data collected inside its validity window, client-side, with the collection time shown. Nothing is baked into a static page. When data expires, the page shows less rather than showing something stale, and refreshing it is a maintenance operation somebody performs — never an autonomous process.
