Our take
We like the GMSXCC Adjustable Bamboo Backrest for pine build and a 33.5-inch length. No buyer has reviewed it yet, so our 5.2/10 comes from the spec sheet alone. The catch with this GMSXCC sauna backrest: whether it fits depends on your sauna, so measure before you order. We'd pick it if you want a sauna backrest for anyone who leans against hot wall panels; otherwise, put it next to the Bayisam Pine Sauna Backrest (2-Pack) first.

Let it dry outside the cabin after sessions, and keep oils and cleaners off the bare wood. Our cleaning guide has more.
Before you add the GMSXCC Adjustable Bamboo Backrest to your cart: check your bench, because it measures 33.5 in, per the listing, and your bench depth decides whether it sits right.
